In addition to having a private practice, Dr. Fandiño-Sende served as the associate medical director of a Value-Based Organization in New Orleans and served as the medical director of a NGO in Africa. He became involved in the study of cannabinoids in medicine through the Cannabis Career Institute (CCI), broadening his understanding of their potential applications.
